Senior Treasury Operations Specialist - Utrecht Region

For Triodos we are looking for an experienced treasurer to help lead their daily operations, in combination with managing projects to take their treasury processes and infrastructure (further implementation of TMS) to a higher level. Can be a corporate treasurer, a banker or a consultant. Speaking Dutch is a must for this role.

As the Treasury Operations Manager you work closely together with the Group Director Treasury to lead, develop and implement the target operating model for the department. You take responsibility in elevating the treasury function to a more professional level. Your responsibilities include:

• Liquidity and cash management, debt funding, hedging, collateral management and advising on relevant treasury topics.
• Taking the lead in further improvement of treasury processes and infrastructure, with a key priority on implementing a sophisticated Treasury Management System (IT2).
• Close collaboration with other departments, such as Finance, Reporting, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration across systems and processes.
   

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have 7+ years’ experience and combine treasury operations expertise with experience of implementing treasury technology. This expertise can be built in a corporate, banking or consulting environment. 

Next to your relevant track record, your personality is as important. You combine analytical skills with a can-do mentality. You possess the ability to craft a clear vision & strategic plan and translating this into the course for its development & execution. You also need to be able to roll up your sleeves and engage in the practical aspects of bringing that vision to life. The main language within Triodos is Dutch, which is why good command of the Dutch language is a requirement.
