Your most prominent task is being the deal captain in various international DCM transactions. You connect with the board and business development colleagues in order to know where your organisation wants to invest and together with your team you will structure the best leveraged finance solutions from fiscal, legal and other perspectives. You will select the banking and other partners to work with and negotiate the best results.
You manage your highly qualified team that covers all corporate treasury tasks not only with expertise but most definitely with charisma.

Both from functional as well as from personality perspective you can bring a lot to the table. You can present an impressive, European funding portfolio. You have shown to be a strong people manager. And you worked not only on the banking side but also on the corporate side, so you know about connecting to business colleagues and operational tasks.

Our client is an international conglomerate covering various industries with a very strong balance sheet and an aggressive growth strategy. The treasury and corporate finance team is growing and holds members from many countries.

The salary level for this position is at a top 1% European group treasurer level. This is a confidential search, we will only disclose the name of our client after first screening meetings.
