Treasury Operations Manager - Eindhoven

Our client is a globally operating raw materials company in the food and beverage industry, headquartered in Eindhoven. An important part in their services are the commodity trading solutions they offer. Over the last few years our client has professionalized and automatized the treasury infrastructure. A new hire will bring the treasury organization and its risk management capabilities to the next level. 

The Treasury Operations Manager is accountable for managing day-to-day liquidity and investments of the group, maintaining and enhancing the global cash management infrastructure, setting up trade finance solutions, and FX markets risk management. Processes are automated with the help of (360T/Coupa/Finastra). You will also be asked to challenge the status quo by preparing relevant recommendations and drive improvement projects in these areas and ensure overall compliance with company policy and external regulation.

The ideal Treasury Operations Manager has a relevant MSc degree with 5+ years experience in treasury. Additional certifications (as RT, RC, CFA) are a plus as is having a quantitative background and experience/affinity with commodity trading.
